2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and OTP. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Products & Orders
All products are sold by independent sellers. Roy Craft Organics acts as a marketplace facilitator. Product descriptions are provided by sellers.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely. Roy Craft Organics does not store card or UPI credentials. COD orders are subject to availability.
5. Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or not as described. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Roy Craft Organics including logos, images and text is protected by copyright. Do not reproduce without permission.
7. Privacy
Your data is protected as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in Indian courts.
